<Job Responsibilities>
・Handling wide Admin tasks
Visa, Work permit, Residence card, house lease contract etc..
・Office facilities management and supplies
・Manage paperwork
・Booking hotel, restaurant, air ticket…
・Supporting in Japanese related jobs
・Checking and making Contact, report regularly
・Other related tasks assigned by Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree - Japanese or related Admin/ HR
・Gender: Female
・Age: 23 - 27 years old
・Having working experience as a Admin in any industry more than 1 years
・Language: Japanese Business Level (at least having N2)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・English Business level
・Can handle multi- tasks
・Having working experience in Japanese Real Estate company
