Salary Range: Gross 300-500 USD per month (plus high commission based on revenue)
Allowance: Meal / Parking
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Others will be shared during interview

JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Director
Assigned to Direct Sales Team with 3 members
Main Tasks:
-Promote, sell printing products, solutions and services directly to end users
-Take sales activities including seeking potential customers, visiting listed prospecting customers, 
-Surveying and exploring customer‘s needs and requirement, presenting information and advantages. 
-Carry out necessary action to develop customer relationship, making negotiation and closing deals
-Deliver sales target performance and achievee sales target.
-Report market requirement, trend to Sales Manager
-Submit weekly, monthly sales report to Sales Manager as required.
-Prepare weekly report to Sales Manager
-Collaborate and co-operate to accomplish the cross sectional projects
-Other assignments as requested from Sales Manager


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Any
-Age: Any
-Language: English business level
-Experiences in similar position in same industry (printing machine/ photocopy machines)
-BA or MBA Degree Holder
-Well organized and high sense of responsibilities
-Strong planning and analytical skills
-Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
-Strong leadership to lead and motivate the team
-Problem solving skills
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and deadline
