<Job Responsibilities>
Main task process is 7 as below;
1. Brand, supplier, and factory Analysis
2. Product development
3. Sampling
4. Costing
5. Order confirmation
6. Planning
7. Material procurement
**detail examples
- Build up strong network with brand (buyer), supplier and factory
- Understand characteristic of each supplier’s material and use this knowledge when ordering materials
- Receive and review product details from buyer (This includes tech-pack, BOM, size spec, comment and other requirement)
- Do analysis on product to avoid any technical problem
- Review BOM to make MRP (material requirement pack) for sample-making
- Check with buyer about what kind of samples do they need (proto, size-set, SMS, PP)
- When each sample is finished, work on costing based on net consumption from factory then submit to his/her direct supervisor
- Once PO is issued, quote garment delivery date by checking factory`s capacity
- Set up initial planning as soon as buyer provides forecast on certain PO
- Other task assigned by director and manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 27 - 35
- Gender : Any
- English skill : Business level
- More than 5 years experiences as merchandiser in textile(sewing) industry (especially having experiences as production control for outdoor wear is better because there is a complicated sewing process)
- Person who is living nearby factory (Hai Duong)
- Person who can go to business trip (to Hanoi, Da Nang)
- Personality : Flexibly, Aggressive, Hard-working, Friendly
