- Company expects to be established in July 2020 in Hai Phong
- This is an EPE company >
<Products:
・Manufacture and sale steel forgings used in nuclear/thermal power plants, heat exchangers, towers/tanks, oil refineries, petrochemical plants, etc.
・Manufacturing and sales of heat exchangers>
<Clients: Mainly Japanese companies and Local companies>
<Saturday Working: No Saturday>
<Position overview>
- Level: Leader
- Expected joining date is July 2020.
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Main tasks:
A. Payment calculation and employee's documents related tasks:
・Calculate employee's salary, overtime allowance and bonus.
・Make payments for employee's social insurance, health insurance and other documents (make new or re-new)
・Make or re-new work permit of foreign employees.
・Make or re-new residence card of foreign employees.
・Taking care of Japanese who go on business trips and assist them with booking hotel, cars,...
・Make and manage contract with existing clients and new clients of the company.
B. Recruiting and training tasks:
・In charge of recruiting tasks (Arrange interviews and discuss with candidates)
・Set up target for employee and manage employee evaluation
C. Prepare events:
In charge of making and managing event for the company (company trip, mid-autumn festival, year-end party,...)
2. Additional tasks:
Research about suppliers, receive quotation and negotiate about the price.
- At first, since the company is not large yet, this position will support finding suppliers of manufacturing parts (such as: metal material trading companies and metal processing manufacturing companies)
- When the company grows larger, they will hire purchasing staff for this tasks.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree
・Gender: Female only
・Age: 27 - 35 years old
・Language: Japanese Business Level (equivalent to N2)
・Experience: At least 3 years experience working in Human Resource or General Affairs position in Japanese companies.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
1. Prefer candidates who have worked in EPE companies before:
・Can understand the difference in preferences for EPE companies and NON-EPE companies.
・Have experience in customs audits (Kiểm tra sau thông quan) in EPE companies
2. Prefer candidates who have experience in:
・Calculating and paying personal income tax (including worldwide income) of Japanese employees and local employees (collaborate with accounting staff to do this)
・Making tax exemption application for Japanese short-term business travelers (Miễn thuế)
・Making VAT refund application (Hoàn thuế giá trị gia tăng)
・Have experience in Environmental Audit (Kiểm toán môi trường), firefighting audit, labor audit.
・Repaying advance payment and dividends pay (số cổ tức được trả) to parent company.
