<Company overview>
This is a joint venture company. This company receive request from their headquarter in Japan, then they manufacture the material in Vietnam and export to manufacturing companies in Japan.
This company is expecting to expand their end users and provide materials to Japanese manufacturing companies in Vietnam also. Hence they are not an EPE company.

< Job responsibilities>
1. Main tasks (80%): Accounting tasks
Mainly basic accounting tasks such as:
- Prepare monthly payment voucher and account payable balance control.
- Prepare monthly receive voucher and account receivable balance control.
- Summarize current financial status by collecting information.
- Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports.
- Report to Headquarter before giving out big amount of expenses.
- Control payment slips.
- Follow and check company's bank account.
- Use Vietnamese and Japanese accounting documents (Manager will support teaching Japanese accounting version)
- This position has possibility in stepping up for higher position.

2. Sales support tasks (20%)
- Communicate with other members within the company to support the sales staff.
- Support sales staff by mailing and calling and making documents.
- Support reporting to Headquarter.

< Requirements >
・Education: High school degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 35 years old (30 in average)
・Language: Japanese business level (N2 and above)
・Experience: More than 2 years experience as Accounting Staff in any industry.
・Skills: Can use Word and Excel (intermediate level)
・Live near Ha Nam or can move to near Ha Nam (company have no bus)

< Preferable >
・Work experience in Japanese companies.
・Working or studying experience in Japan
・Can use English

- 1st round:
Vietnamese Director and Vietnamese Staff (face to face in Ha Nam)
Japanese General Director and Japanese Manager (online)
- 2nd round: With above Japanese interviewer if cannot finish in first round
・Test: No
・Language:
- 1st round: Mainly Vietnamese
Vietnamese Director: Vietnamese + English
Vietnamese Staff -> Japanese
- 2nd round: Japanese
