<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsible for route sales to construction projects such as factories and commercial facilities.
・Receive customer's request (about technical/sales)
・Initial examination of the project (model selection, etc.)
・Price negotiation
・Delivery time management
・Take care of clients after selling products

・Incentive: No
・There is individual target for sales people, CDD will get bonus rewards based on KPI evaluation instead of incentive.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Gender: Male only
・Language: Japanese Business Level (equivalent to N2, for communicating with clients) & English Conversational level (for internal communication)
・Experience: 3 years experience as Corporate Sales Staff in mechanical, construction, electrical and electronic industries.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experienced in the construction equipment or machinery industry
・Experienced in Japanese companies

・Interview rounds: 2 rounds interview
