<Job Responsibilities>
・Responsibility for Admin tasks and office support activities
・Take care for telephone calls, receive and direct visitors, do word processing, create spreadsheets and presentations, file documents and prepare business correspondence
・Set up conference room and prepare meeting minutes if necessary or required
・Organize and store stationery and other company’s assets
・Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 35 years old
・Having working experience as a Admin and HR in Manufacturing company over 3 years
・Language: Japanese Business level (Having N3)
・Having experience for hiring new staff as a HR
・Having working experience as a Leader or Manager, have confidence work as a Manager
・Can join ASAP
