<Job Responsibilities>
- Accounting -
・Maintain an accurate record of revenue, cost of goods sold and inventory balance in accounting book of NAV in line with VAS
・Check SO, sales contract, credit limit/Overdue
・Check Sales revenue among for Monthly/ Quarterly Budget control package to Hoshizaki Japan (HQ), for VAT calculation and for e-invoice
・Responsible for VAT, PIT, CIT reports. Reconcile with Tax office quarterly
・Confirm all expenses and payments together with AR staff
・Prepare basic data with Accounting manager for Internal and external Audit
- GA -
・Receive quotations from several benders
・Check Pay-roll, PIT with collaboration with consulting company
・Booking tickets and hotel for internal staff and visitors
・Some HR, IT and law tasks in the future

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree - Accounting
・Gender: Female
・Age: 30 - 35 years old
・Having working experience as a Accountant in Manufacturing company at least 5 years
・Language: English Business Level (to communicate other overseas branch staff)
・Having Chief Accountant certificate
・Having experience in starting up for SCM system and have strong knowledge (by NAVISION, SAP, Oracul)
・Having strong motivation to build up career
・Having working experience in Japanese company
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Can do work delicate and overtime work (1 hour / day)
・Good communication skills and powerful personality, work under high pressure, manage 2 staffs
