<Job Responsibilities>
・Manage phone calls, e-mail of office, letters, packages and etc.
・Contact Japan Headquarter about importing of products
・Use Microsoft Excel for calculating, creating estimate or some documents
・Create contract with Microsoft Word
・Manage paper works, documentation filing system
・Communicate with accounting firm, bank and government office
・Payment process; Bank transfer based on approval, issue invoice, prepare estimate
・Arrange work permit, residence card and Visa
・Manage delivery schedule
・Ad-hoc duties as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: Japanese Fluent Level of Speaking & Writing (N2 or more over)
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-35
・Japanese certificate holder
・3+ years’ Administrator/ General Affairs/ Accounting/ Sales Assistant/ Assistant/ any back-office job at Manufacturing company or Trading company or Logistics company
・Working experience at Japanese company
・Can understand trading word, such as B/L, L/C
・Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・N1 holder
・Living experience in Japan
・Has Accounting knowledge
・Working experience at EPE company
