Japanese Speaking - IT Staff - Manufacturing

Business: Manufacturers of welding materials and wires and other metal products.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1)  LAN administrator:
+ Install, set up and monitor local area network (LAN). Perform a variety of maintenance, evaluation, installation and training tasks to ensure LAN performance meets company and user requirements
+ Control camera (IP Camera and Analog Camera).
+ Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions.
+ Install, configure, and maintain personal computers, laptop, file servers, ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configures modems, disk drives, data acquisition boards, CD ROM units, printers, and related equipment.

2) Software management:

+ Back up and save all data related all software such as HR software, accounting, security system.
+ Good at VB, VBA, SQL server 2008.
+ Update and install the software without fee for the company’s jobs
+ Follow and update the changes of the software
+ Support production software (coding in VB6)

3) Maintenance and control all the IT systems such as : telephone, internet, ADSL, VPN, wireless, projector, PC….
4) Data and information security
5)  IT license

+ Check all licenses related to IT
+ Update and follow up the expiry of software licenses
+ Making the plan of buying the software licenses
+ Making the budget and strategy for the software licenses

 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST be Long Thanh resident or willing to transport to Long Thanh for work
English or Japanese: Conversational
5 years experiences in internal managing IT system
Graduated from university or college (IT major)
