Position: Marketing/Sales Assistant Manager (C)
Salary: USD 2000 – USD 2500 Gross

Report to: Japanese Managers
Working time: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00PM
Duties / Responsibilities
1.1. Strengthening and expanding the relationship with existing clients, especially Japanese Top Management to ensure 100% renewal
- Maintaining good service quality and relationship with existing Japanese clients by calling/visiting
- Providing consultancy on insurance knowledge to satisfy clients’ concern
- Working on renewal program and following up until confirmation
- Preparing presentation materials/ Insurance quotation to the Japanese clients
- Coordinating with Claims Department to support Japanese clients
1.2. Increasing premium income and underwriting profit among existing clients
1.3. Getting new premium
- Approaching new clients and building up the relationship with Person In Charge
- Visiting potential Japanese clients pro-actively
Requirements
'- Education: University graduated.
- Experience: above 2 years.
- Foreign language: Good communication in English and Japanese ~ N1 (Both speaking & writing)
- Computer skills: Good computer literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Other skills: Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, management and good marketing skills
- Characteristics: High responsibility, passion to work, stabilization
