Sales Staff - Trading (Cotton, tissue, nylon)

<Products: For business in Vietnam: Fabric for clothes, cotton, tissue,... >
<Clients: Japanese companies in Vietnam and local companies >
<Saturday Working: Twice per month>

<Job Responsibilities>
・Products: Cotton, tissue, nylon,...
・Develop new clients (mainly local manufacturing companies) and maintain good relationship with the clients. There's already company list, this position will do business development (call, take appointments, do sales,...)
・Marketing and research tasks of clients.
・Discuss with clients and suppliers, make quotations, take order from clients and suppliers, manage production and make delivery.
・Other tasks assigned by manager.
・Others: This position requires business trips (around 2 times per week) to factories.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: English Business level (using with client and internally)
・Experience:
- At least 3 years experience as sales staff in manufacturing or trading companies.
- Have experience working as business developer.

<Personality>
・Honest people
・Can do team work
・Have logical thinking

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Japanese skill
・Have ability to introduce products after hearing clients' needs.
・Have experience working in Japanese companies

<Schedule>
・Interview round: 2-3 face to face rounds
・Interviewer:
- 1st round: Japanese General Manager, Vietnamese Sales Staff
- 2nd round: Japanese General Director, Vietnamese HR
- 3rd round: Japanese General Director (Mainly talk about offer conditions)
・Test: No
・Interview language: English
・Schedule (If any): Anytime (prefer September)
