QC staff - Printing

<Products: Commercial Printing>
<Clients: Companies in need of printing>
<Saturday Working: Every other Saturday>

<Job Responsibilities>
This positions's product of controlling are mainly printing materials (paper, colors,...)
This position's tasks can be divided into 2 main groups:
1. Working with the clients:
- In charge of controlling the quality of the products after being delivered to the clients.
- Understands the client's requirements and make sure the products meet the client's needs.
- Handle customer complaints and find solutions to improve the quality.
- Write reports about the product's quality, product's NG reasons.

2. Working with the suppliers (Mainly Vietnamese)
- In charge of controlling the quality of the supplier's materials, make sure the materials meet with the company's requirements.
- Controlling the suppliers, make sure they improve their product's quality according to the requirements.
- Find solutions to improve the quality.
- Write reports about the product's quality, product's NG reasons.

3. Other tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor
・Gender: Female preferred
・Age: 25 - 32 years old (Other members are 34 and 27 years old)
・Language: English conversational level (for internal use, mainly with the Thai QC Manager and write reports)
・Experience:
- At least 3 years experience working in QA or QC positions, in any industry.
- Have working experience in foreign companies, especially Japanese companies is must requirement.
・Skills/Knowledge:
- Able to write reports in English.
- Have basic ISO knowledge.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Works in the Printing industry or have knowledge in the printing industry.
・Have Japanese skill

<Personality>
- Able to work on their own.
- Able to improvise and give improvement ideas.
- Mature and careful person.
- Hardworking

<Schedule>
・Interview round: 1 face to face round (Might have 1 more round with Japanese Manager but rarely)
・Interviewer: Thai QC Manager
