<Job Summary>
- Observe other department's daily working activities to ensure work safety and report these activities to manager.
- Establish the instruction, procedures & rules for EHS control.
- Supervise and maintain the effectiveness of EMS to comply with ISO 14001.

<Responsibilities>
- Develop and establish the target and action plan for EHS.
- Comply and follow up EHS department target and individual target, comply Plan- Do- Check- Act system.
- Develop and implement the programs to comply with company requirements and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct safety training and presentations on various topics within scope of responsibility.
- Perform safety audits/inspections and ensure appropriate corrective actions are developed and implemented.
- Lead and/or participate in incident investigations and ensure the countermeasure.
- Evaluate safety risks and challenges and develop appropriate risk elimination strategies.
- Establish SOP (Safety Operation Procedure) and training to related person.
- Work closely with team to develop and implement functional safety programs and strategies.
- Daily on site safety patrol and have observation & report.
- Work with related division to ensure the contractor, service company follow company regulation.
- Operate and monitoring Waste water treatment.
- Ensure that all fire fighting & rescue equipment work normally.
- Additional tasks assigned by manager.

<Working schedule: from Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month
CDD have to be able to work in 3 shifts - shifts are changed alternatively by week.
- 6 am - 2 pm
- 2 pm - 10 pm
- 10 pm - 6 am >


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Male. Age: 22 - 35
- Education: Graduated from College or Higher, majored in Safety Sciences, Environmental Sciences or Technical / Mechanical / Electrical
- Experience: At least 1 year working experience in Safety Control position in any manufacturing industry
- Language: Conversational English skill (good at reading and writing to make reports)
- Have experience in K.Y identification and assessment
- Skills:
+ Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point、Microsoft Office).
+ Good communication skill
+ Well individual and team work
- Characteristics: Highly self - disciplined; strictly follow working regulations
- Must live in Hai Phong

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Have experience of working in Japanese company before

<Interview Schedule> 2 interview rounds:
- Round 1: Interview with Vietnamese EHS Department Head and Director of Factory
- Round 2: Interview with Japanese General Director - in English
