Mold Engineer - Manufacturing

<Products: Plastic films, plastic sheets, foamed plastics, adhesive tape used in OA machines, communication devices and navigation devices >
<Clients: Mainly Japanese, Korean, Local companies>
<Saturday Working: Every other Saturday >

<Job Responsibilities>
Overall process is as below
1. Receive products request from companies
2. Design the mold based on the requested products
3. Request to other companies to manufacture the mold and then use this mold in producing the products.
4. Propose products to client companies.

This position's detailed tasks are:
・Make 3D CAD mold design based on the received product's drawing.
・Materials are specified in the drawings, so this position does not have to meet the clients directly.
・Set up the actual molding process after receiving the molds.
・Check the pressing process occasionally.
・Training Vietnamese technical staff.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27 - 40 years old (30 - 35 years old is average age)
・Language: Not required
・Experience:
- Have at least 3 years working experience at Mold design position in electronic machine, machine parts manufacturing companies.
- Have experience working with products being tape used in machinery and machine parts.
- Have experience in using AUTOCAD

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have English/Japanese
・Worked in Japanese companies before

<Schedule>
・Interview round: 1 face to face round
・Interviewer: Vietnamese Admin Manager, Vietnamese Admin Staff
・Test: CAD test (60 minutes)
・Interview language: Vietnamese
