<Job Responsibilities>
1. Control and run the product Quality Assurance team before shipment
2. Plan and arrange personnel to ensure assessment results according to daily out-of-date plan
3. Synthesize the report on the results of the metering - evaluate according to customer requirements for the product before exporting
4. Handling inappropriate products when measurement results are not achieved or product malfunctions
5. Analyzing and measuring defective products to make comments to support production in investigating the cause and improving
6. Join DR meeting for new products
7.Productivity control - work hours, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on team goals.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 25-35
- Education: Bachelor ( Chemistry/Engineering Major)
- Japanese from N3 level (no need certificate)
- English: Business Level (TOEIC from 550)
- 2 years experience as the QA Leader position in electronics field
- Communication skills - negotiation, Analysis and problem solving skills
- Have knowledge of FPC
- Reading and understanding technical drawings
- Knowledge of measuring equipment in the electronics field
