<Products: Clothing Material, textile, auxiliary material for apparel>
<Clients: Mainly apparel manufacturing company in Japan>
<Saturday Working: 4th Saturday *on the contract >
<Job Responsibilities>
・Communicate with headquarter via email
・Arrange materials in order to instruction of HQ
・Input date and order records
・Issue contract of purchase/ sales/ logistic
・Create documents related to import export(Invoice, Packing list,etc)
・Manage shipping schedule
・Supervise inspection company’s work at factory
・Visit supplier factory to supervise around HCM and Hanoi
*Normally 1-2 times/year for Hanoi, 2-3 times/ month for around HCMC.
・Actual Saturday working is 2 times per year
(Usually stay home but need to work like inventory check day, exhibition arrangement, etc..)
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level (N2 level; Especially Reading & Writing), English Basic Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 23-30
・1+ year Sales Assistant experience in any industry
・Have trading knowledge (Import & export)
・Can read business document and email in Japanese & English
・Good with creating documents
・Can go on business trip to Hanoi
・Advanced user of Word, Excel and Email
・Have passport

・Have experience of working in apparel industry
