<Products: 3D design of Architect>
<Saturday Working: 1st & 3rd week of Saturday 8:00-12:00>
<Job Responsibilities>
・Communicating with outsource company for accounting task.
・Communicating with JPHQ for accounting task.
・Calculating and Confirming VAT/ Invoice/Insurance/Salary.
・Payment process. It depends on Director’s request.
・Checking B/S,P/L
・HR task such hiring activity, making labor contract,Attendance management, Supporting to issue Visa/ work permit
・Preparing business trip for sales team & Director; Booking hotel/ flight ticket/ private car.
・Supporting other office activity.
・Other tasks as requested from JP Director.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level (N2 level :Writing skill to communicate with JPHQ through Email ) & English Conversational Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 24-32
-Experience
・2 years or more over GA & HR experience including easy accounting task in any industry.
・Have knowledge of B/S,P/L
・Can work for a long time
・Can join in September
