<Job Responsibilities>
- Achieve monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales amount
・Build and maintain relationship with current customers and expand connection with new ones
・Prepare visiting plans and reports
・Approach and introduce company's products and services to the customers
・Prepare and submit quotation the customers
・Create and conduct market survey quarterly/ yearly and report to manager

- Achieve monthly/ quarterly/ yearly gross profit
・Think and work different ways to maintain order gross profit as assigned
・Negotiate with customer on price and service to achieve gross profit

- Gain customer satisfaction
・Frequently take care of customer
・Always listen and respond to customer's feedbacks and comments
・Always ready to deal with any complaints or crisis from customers
・Coordinate and transfer customers' inquiries to engineering department to make sure they understand and be able to follow it

- Be initiative and try to improve own target. Cooperate effectively with other related departments to reach company's objectives.

- Do other job tasks as assigned



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any. Age: Any
- Education: Bachelor degree or higher in Environmental, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Have experience in Construction Industry and be a sales person selling products/ services for Korean companies
- Language: English - Business Level (work with some clients who speak English, communicate internally with Manager, make report and write email)
- Have good connections with Korean companies
- Skills:
+ Good Communication, Trouble Shooting, Self Development
+ Good coordination, adaptability and flexibility
+ Data collection and analysis
+ Good Computer skill

<Preferable skill/ Experience>
- Experience in Water and Wastewater treatment
- Understand procedure of construction project
- Be able to use Japanese well

<Interview>
Interview rounds:
- Round 1: Sales Test & English Test
- Round 2: Direct interview with Director, HR Manager and Sales Manager
