Brand Marketing Assistant Manager - Interior

<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide input and set up marketing strategy and direction
- Plan, develop and implement internal and external communication activities in order to support sales.
- Develop, implement and control media planning, coordinate with external partners and monitor advertising agencies effectiveness in order to maintain corporate image and maximize sales.
- Manage, support the development of marketing team
- Develop promotional materials to use in sales presentation to potential customers
- Ensure that the company marketing activities are in line with the company marketing objectives as well as those of the regional, area and corporate offices.
- Prepare an annual marketing budget which will form part of the business plan.
- Analyze, control and report actual marketing expense and forecast expenses in order to monitor and control budget achievement.
- Conduct administrative activities, including:
+ Co-ordinate with sales team in the area of marketing activities.
+ Co-ordinate with Trade Marketing team to implement strong in-store communication.
+ Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and propose corrective actions where necessary.
+ Assist in related sales activities.
+ Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: At least from 28 years old.
- Experience: At least 3 years working experience from Senior Marketing Executive in Brand Management of Construction Material Industry. Have solid understanding of Marketing field and Business Administration.
- Education: At least from Bachelor Degree
- Language: English - Business Level (equivalent from TOEIC 700)
- Skills and Personalities:
+ Good Leadership skill; Communication skill, Teamwork skill
+ Willing to work under pressure
+ Eager to improve oneself
+ Have certain aspiration for future

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Gender: Male is more preferable
- Major in Marketing Management is preferred

- Round 2: Interviewer - Brand Marketing Manager & Director of Marketing
