<Job Responsibilities>
- Instruct, train, assign, and supervise employees to perform the job
- Receive purchasing information from Production Department
- Make plan to order materials that need to be placed for production department according to production plan
- Contact suppliers to order raw materials / purchasing contracts for raw materials in production
- Monitor and report the progress of material delivery
- Solve problems with goods (errors, documents,...)
- Arrange storage and transfer purchasing vouchers according to regulations.
- Compare debt, monthly bills.
- Manage equipment and facilities (documents, files, software...)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Prefer Male
- Age: 24 - 35
- Qualification: College degree or above
- Experience: At least 1 year experience as a Purchasing staff
- Language: Japanese (N3 Level or above) and English (Conversational Level)
- Others: Good at using MS Office
