<Job Responsibilities>
-Encouragement of subcontractors to accept orders
-Cooperate with project manager of the subcontractor
-Receive construction drawings from the client
-Prepare quotations (with support from technical staff)
-Make for orders after quotations are submitted
-Prepare bills of quantities and cost lists (with support from technical staff)
-Delivery date coordination (with the factory)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 28-45 years old
・Language skill: English or Japanese Business level
・Education: Not required
・Having more than 3 years working experience in Construction industry or Machinery Manufacturer(Not trading company)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Language skill: Japanese Fluent
・Having knowledge of piping
・Having experience of new client development
・Having negotiation skills
