<Job Responsibilities>
Overall management of building operations (residents, customers, tenants, employees, contractors...)
Developing policies, regulations, procedures, instructions related to building operation
Coordinating with the Maintenance team to manage, monitor the security, engineering, infrastructure, fire protection systems
Making regular reports and advising Directors on the operation of the building
Customer relations, solving customer requests and complaints as soon as possible to achieve satisfaction from customer
Build the annual operation budget
Other jobs assigned by the Board of Directors

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree or higher
・Gender: Prefer Female
・Age: 25-35
・Language: English Business level
・At least 2 years of experience as a Hotel/Building manager and as a property assistant manager
・Good leadership and management skills
・Proficient in Office IT skills
