Domestic Transportation Assistant Manager

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Transport Operation:
• Directing all inland transportation activities (FCL, LCL transport, distribution)
• Communicating effectively with internal teams, clients, and service providers.
• Have experience of solving problems concerning domestic transportation and trucking of import and export shipments.
• Responsible for job arrangement and controlling operation activities of import/export transportation (FCL, LCL) & distribution of each customer.
• Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs.

2. Procurement:
• Familiar with negotiation with local trucking companies for a price.
• Able to do data analysis and provide a suitable solution in the tender of domestic transportation (Trucking & Local Distribution)
• Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency with cost-saving
• Manage Quotations & Service Contracts between companies with Service Providers

3. Team Management:
• Lead the 5-staff team of transportation
• Arrange training programs about company guidelines or operation processes.
• Improve bottom-line results by collecting customer feedback for management review and/or suggesting ways to enhance work efficiency.
• Handle the other task assigned by Team Leader.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Age: 27 - 35
• Gender: Male Prefer
• Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree, major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Sea Transport, Logistics or Supply Chain
• Language: English Business Level. (Chinese skill is preferable)
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in domestics transportation management in logistics companies
