Japanese Speaking - (C#) Bridge Software Engineer in Hanoi / Kỹ sư cầu nối trưởng (C#)

<Job Responsibilities>
◆This position is responsible for designing and developing software used in the manufacturing / plant / construction industry, managing the Development Lab in Vietnam Area, and communicating with the development members in Japan.

- Responsible for bridging in communication between development staff in Vietnam and Project Manager in Japan by participating in team meetings, handling issues, and translating - interpreting.
- In charge of Global Employment Outsourcing operation management (support Recruitment Department about documentation and necessary procedures, communicate with Management Department in Japan, develop tools, etc.).
- Participate in a part of software development process (documentation process, requirements analysis, design, deploying, code reviewing, unit testing and operating the product,...)


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Language: Japanese Business level (N2 upper) and English Conversational level (can communication by chat tool)
・Knowledge or 2-3 years' experiences of System or Software development
・Experience in at least one programming language: C#, PHP, Java,...
・Proficient in OOP

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working/ Studying experience in Japan.
・CAD system development experience
・Knowledge and interests in architecture, construction, plants, etc.
・High interest in various programming languages and coding
・Advanced mathematical knowledge such as optimization
