IBC Japanese Support Staff

<Job Responsibilities>
- Advising customers (Japanese investors) on Vietnam's business environment, administrative procedures and legal compliance on investment activities, enterprise management, labor, tax (expert knowledge will be trained).
- Support customers to carry out administrative procedures in the fields of investment, enterprise registration, labor…; working on behalf of clients with government agencies.


<Essential Requirements>
- Age: 25 years old or under (Under 30 years old for a candidate who stayed in Japan for a long time)
- Gender: Any
- Education: Bachelor's Degree, prefer candidates from some universities:
+ Viet Nam: University of Social Sciences and Humanities (HN/ HCM), Foreign Trade University (HCM/ HN), University of Languages and International Studies
+ Japan: Meiji, Aoyama, Rikkyo, Chuo, Housei, Gakushuin
- Japanese: Business Level (N1 Level)
- New graduates are OK to apply OR experienced candidates need to have less than 1 year of work experience in any position and any industry OR
- Candidates who have studied and worked in Japan
- Personality: good communication skills, logical thinking, eager to learn and challenge new things, bright and smiling

<Preferable Requirements>
- Having a passion for consulting business in general
