Japanese Speaking - Sales Staff

<Job Responsibilities>
・Support Japanese Sales Advisor in handling Japanese PJ
・Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
・Set up meetings with potential Japanese clients and be open-minded to their inquiries and procedures
・Prepare quotations, bidding documents, and other clerical documents.
・Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
・Negotiate/close deals, prices, and contract terms with the clients.
・Collaborate with team members to achieve unified results.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・ Education: Bachelor degree
- Economics or Engineering are better
・Age:22-35
・Gender: Any
・Language: Japanese Business level
・Having knowledge of Microsoft office
・Experience
- Over 25 years old: Need more than 2 years of sales experience in any industry
- 22-24 years old: Not required experience. Freshers also can apply, but need to have a passion for sales task

<Personality>
・Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
・Passion for sales or a team player
・Ability to work under high pressure, be independent, and have the initiative to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
・The ability to deliver top-notch presentations

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
・Experience:
- Having experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Having experience in Architecture industry as a Sales
