Senior Business Analyst (Banking Operation)

<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyze the banking operation and create standardization/optimization plan
- Define the new business logic
- Create Business Requirement Document based on created standardization/optimization plan
- Collaborate with bank staff of multiple location and operation areas.
- Review of deliverables which are made by team members
- Solve the issues by involving the related parties
- Report the progress/issue status to PMO

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree or master degree in related fields
・Gender: Any
・Experience: 5++ banking experience or consulting experience for banking clients
・Experience on banking system implementation project
・Good communication both English and Vietnamese
・Able to have business trips to Singapore

<Skill and others>
・Excellent analytical, presentation and soft skills including communication. (interview, presentation, discussion, etc.)
・Ability to work on multi-task
・Familiar to MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
・Excellent problem solving skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in a department which controls bank-wide business would be a plus. E.g. Business Planning Department, Operation Planning Department, etc.
・Consulting experience is a plus
・Experience in foreign bank would be a plus
・Experience on banking system implementation project
