<Job Responsibilities>
*Handle forwarding task
- Handling international delivery : Supporting, consulting customers, handling quotation documents related to import and export operations.
- Monitor, supervise import-export procedure to ensure schedule
- Logistics delivery operations : Handle import-export documents
- Cooperate with other operation staff
- Ensure allocation utilization, space negotiation and booking release prioritization during the peak season.
・Co-ordinate with Co-Loaders and/or Shipping Line for Confirm and Issuing MBL (Master Bill of Lading)
・Contact Customers for Checking and Confirm B/L.
・Prepare and Process Payment to Shipping Line.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor degree
・Language Skills: English more than intermediate
・Gender: Female prefer
・Age: 25 - 30
・Have around 2 years working experience as operation staff at logistics company in Japanese or foreign company. (Not Local company)
・Has experience in forwarding.
・Can commute to Tan Binh District
・Who is not Job-hopper ( under 2companies exp.)
・Have good PC skill
