<Job Responsibilities>
• In charge of supervisor in product development department
• Mechanical product design work for each category (Wiring device, Switch gear)
• Create work rules of new design organization (refer to Japanese organization)
• Manage and follow up product development schedule and plan.
• Setting product specification (Function, performance, quality target, cost target)
• Train and guide subordinates
• Support to manage product development Department activities
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-35
・Education Background: College or University graduated, prefer major in mechanics, mechatronics
・Language Skills: English - Business Level
・Working Experiences:
• Over 3 years of product development experience (Mechanical products), experience in manage teams
• Drawing skill for 2D, Auto cad, Solid works, …
