<Job Responsibilities>
The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
– Outlet & Promoter (PG) Management & Product Training
+ Manage a team of PG Leaders & PGs for all South Region
+ Survey & evaluate Outlets’ Display & Sell out the potential for PG investment
+ Cooperate with Vendor to recruit, train and allocate PG based on Outlet Sell Out performance
+ Supervise PGs’ working by system/ Real site checking and solve issues at the region
+ Evaluate Sell Out performance & KPI of all PGs to finalize payroll
+ Analyze Sales/ Display/ Market Price data to propose ideas to value up Outlets Sell Out Capability
– Shop front & Display
+ Manage display samples & showcases by unique guidelines in consensus with Marketing & Sales
+ Manage new launching & strategic models ( Display / Sell-Out/ Market feedback )
+ Manage receiving & implementation of all POSM of WGs
– POP management
+ Handle and manage POP for deployment progress
– Others
+ Support others as requested by Managers
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Age: 25-35
• Gender: Any
• Language skills: English - Intermediate Level and above
• Educational background: Bachelor graduation
• Experience:
+Have at least 1-year experience in PG management or Trade Marketing jobs
+ Have a sense of sales orientation
<Others>
- Good at computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Words).
– Willing to learn & high passion to follow career path of Trade/ Field force/ Sales
– Willing to travel for business trip
<Preferable skill/experience>
+ Have experience of working in Agency / Vendor company is a plus
