<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for quality control of the factory
- Visit customers and listen to customer feedback on quality
- Prepare data on quality
- Prepare and respond to quality audits
- Other related worked assigned by Japanese Director and Japanese Manager

- ISO acquisition
- Directing and managing factory staff
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: 26-30
・Education: Bachelor
・Language: Japanese and English conversational level
=> Japanese: Communication with Japanese, English: Reading drawings and equipment manuals.
・Experience:
- Having more than 3 years experience of Quality control in machinery company
・Can go to the factory by yourself
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having experience as a technical trainee in Japan
・Having experience in Japanese company
・Having working experience in Pneumatic control parts or automotive parts or industrial sewing machine parts industry
<Personality>
・Good communicator, cheerful personality.
・Willing to learn new things
