<Job Responsibilities>
Production Control assistant
- Making a document for planning the production management
- Managing the progress of production control
- Assisting to Vietnamese leader
Admin assistant
- Purchasing and organizing equipment
- Answering the phone and handling visitors
- Doing Interpretation and translation
- Assisting to general affairs staff and Japanese
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Female
・Age: 25-30
・Language: Japanese and English conversational level
=> Japanese: Communication with Japanese, English: To read drawings and equipment manuals
・Having more than 1 years working experience in any production position at Japanese machinery company
・Can go to the factory by yourself
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having N2 certification
・Having experience as a technical trainee in Japan
