<Job Responsibilities>
- Hold meetings with clients and prepare proposals
- Responsible for multi-project management of all sizes, analyzing and resolving research issues, tracking project progress, and reporting periodically to the director
- Supervise and in charge of the training of team members
- Improve and develop new methodologies, and stay updated with the latest development in research tools and techniques
- Monitor and control expenses within the allotted budget
- Consult BOM on business development strategy
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any
- Age: 28 - 35
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree and above in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing,...
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience:
+ At least 2 years of working experience in market research with 1 year at the leader or manager level
+ Data mining, mapping, and business analytics
+ Excellent organizational, planning, problem-solving, quantitative, and project management skills
- Others:
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite and high technical aptitude, with the ability to learn new software programs
+ Strong oral and written communication skills


<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Prefer candidates who are good at Japanese
- Working knowledge of database and information extraction preferred
