R&D Senior Manager - Manufacturing

<Responsibility>
1. Manage new products and CI Projects to meet targets.
2. Create the synergy effect by cooperating with global member
3. Create and find innovative technology with global members.
4. Develop R&D Strategy mid and long-term strategy for Danang
5. Develop end consumer-centric innovation pipeline, utilize agile processes
6. Increase Utilization of CAE capabilities
7. Build up the team.
8. Set up state-of-the-art function testing and prototype facilities
9. Develop local R&D suppliers and build strong relationships.
10. - Support the plant in R&D topics

Administration
1. To manage, evaluate and feedback to R&D
2. Apply best practices for strengthening the effects
3. To assist in all R&D training.
4. To train personnel in the R&D team in every aspect
5. To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Male Only
- Age: 35 - 45
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Technology or Technical
- Language: English - Business Level
- Experience: At least 5 years of working experience working as an R&D Leader/ Manager in multi-national companies
