Chief Engineer - Hotels

<Position Objective/Expectation >
Building Engineer departments and managing facility control

<Job Responsibilities>
-Create a maintenance menu and ensure proper processing of maintenance paperwork
-Ensure all levels of hotel building are in accordance with Company standards.
-Maintain equipment repair and/or replacement for all areas of the hotel.
-Maintain all records pertaining to maintenance including inspections.
-Hiring, training and staffing of all maintenance employees.
-Must adhere to budget allowances by tracking and accounting of all expenses
-Responsible for the grounds and parking lot upkeep.
-Scheduling of staff, forecasting of labor and stats forwarded weekly to the general manager
-Detail follow-up and reporting of status to general manager.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree
・Under 40y
・Gender Male prefer
・Having Start up operation experience Chief Engineer in Hotel Service industry of foreign companies (Only City Hotel) or Service apartment or office building
・Having Start up operation experience
・Having Good MEP experience
・Good command of English - Speaking/Writing/Listening
・Strong leadership and management skill
・Good PC Skill
・Can Join within July

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having more than 5y experience
・Good understanding Hotel industry & can work as team
・Come from foreign operation companies or enterprise is more preferable
・Strong leadership and management skill
・Honest and confidential
・Able to work under pressure
