<Job Responsibilities>
1. Overall task:
・Cash storage (clearing, etc.)
・Payment and withdraw through bank.
・Issue business red invoice
・ Confirmation red receipt for purchasing
・ Data entry
・ Send off advance payment and accounts receivable
・ Manage the entered data.
・ Manage accounting documents.
・ Create a financial table.
・ Interact with related departments at the head office
2. Tax task:
・Calculate and declare income tax.
・ Calculate and declare VAT.
・Calculate CIT and settle the account.
3. ADMIN business
・Hotel, plane and car reservation
・Stationery reservation
・Report the company status (labor, sales, etc.) to related organizations
・Responsible for visa and work permit procedures for foreigners
・Create sales contract, check legality
4. Human resources business
・Creation of labor contract
・Salary calculation
・Calculation of social insurance
・ In charge of social insurance procedures
・ Management of class rules and regulations

・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2)
・Experience: More than 5 years' experience as an HR/GA or Accountant in any industries
・Chief Accountant certification
・Personality : Active, Self-motivated, Honest
