- Develop and lead the execution of the Growth Strategy, monitor the progress toward the mid-term growth goals and make necessary revisions and adjustments accordingly
- Understand the business environment of pharmaceutical R&D and market in Asia and global
- Monitor global and national markets for new product developments, product innovations and sectoral developments in the pharmaceutical industry
- Clarify the essentials of business environment in company's territory and identify our strategic focus of business area
- Manage existing and new projects in line with the company's regional growth strategy and plans
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with Brand Manager position
- Preferably with more than 3 years of experience in Business Strategy and/or Business Development in pharma sector, with emphasis on In / Out -Licensing
