ETC Group Brand Manager - Pharmaceuticals

<Job Responsibilities>

- Planning and implementing medium and long-term strategies of the Brand/category to ensure the achievement of annual and long-term goals including revenue, profit and other marketing objectives
- Planning, evaluating and analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop an overall marketing plan for new and existing products including: product positioning, pricing strategy, communication strategy and marketing programs
- Control the budget allocated to the activities of the industry to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Manage and develop your industry team into a professional, dynamic and competent team
- Coordinate with relevant units to ensure goods for efficient business operations.
- Controlling database, tracking training-budget and reports related to.
- Assisting the Marketing Director in developing, supervising the implementation, reviewing and ensuring the completion of processes, policies and procedures to improve the operational efficiency of the units.
- Perform other operations as required by superiors.
- Preferred BA in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics/Finance, etc



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Having Bachelor Degree
- English: Business Level
- Age: 28-40
- At least 3 years experience as Brand Manager/Supervisor at MNC in Pharmaceuticals industry or FMCG
- Wiling to have 6 months of training in its Head Office in Mekong Delta Area
