<Position Objective/Expectation >
-Support for a license application for imported goods, management of import process, Language translation for product labels
<Job Responsibilities>
- Check in advance whether or not products to be imported from Japan can be imported. Register import-related license applications (NOC, TCCS, QR, etc.) with government agencies.
- After obtaining permission, conduct ordering and trading business with the Japanese head office and customers in Vietnam.
- Translation work for packages and materials.
- Create label content for imported goods and upload information to make a label system
- Label inventory management and ordering operations.
- Translation work for packages and materials. Pre-check of HS code.
- Import license application business: trade business = 70%: 30%
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Business level in Japanese (N2)
・Can read & Write in English
・Age: 25-30
・Bachelor's degree
・Bright and cooperative person
・Having more than 3y working experience in Japanese companies (Being able to wear makeup when working)
・Having good knowledge of the Import process & wide trade process
・As a start-up company, this person must have high work motivation and challenge to work hard.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having working experiece in trading company
・Having good knowledge of approval for Authorization Application of import cosmetics or supplements for health
・Having Good knowledge of Import-Export
・Loving Japanese culture and willing to listen to different opinions
・Being able to handle situations, can recognize your own mistakes
・Good communication skills in both Japanese &English
・Interested in cosmetic & daily necessities
・Can work with multitasking
・Able to seek and respond to own mistakes
