1. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
- Reception and Company Records Management
- Executive and Expatriate Support
- Assist foreign employees translating documents, etc.
- Facilities and Supplies Management
- Contact approved suppliers/vendors
- Process payments for suppliers
- Perform IT-related tasks
2. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
- Recruitment and General Employment Support
- Benefits Administration & Employee Engagement
3. INTERNAL ACCOUNTING AND TAX SUPPORT
- Help Senior Associate in submitting tax returns at the Tax Office.
- Assist in Tax Investigation and ESVN Audit as needed.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 24~30
・Gender: Any
・Education: bachelor's Graduate
・Language: English Conversational level
・Experience: Less than 1 to 3 years of office-related work experience
・Has basic knowledge on office administration and training on Labor Laws
・Above average MS Application Skills
・Is process-oriented, keen on details, deadline-driven and has good problem-solving skills
・A team player, flexible and has strong people skills
・Above average verbal and written communication skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・About 3 years of working experience,
・Work experience in a company with 30 or more employees
・Work experience at foreign companies including Japanese companies
・English-speaking human resources
