Accountant - Nhân viên Kế toán - Machinery

<Position Purpose>
- Verify accounts book, manage tax & exchange foreign currencies.
- Control receipts, petty cash, money inflow & outflow.
- Ensure the accuracy of bookkeeping.
- Work with tax consulting partners about accounting reports & other accounting matters.

<Job Responsibilities>
- Control petty cash, money inflow & outflow, withdrawal of petty cash.
- Proficiently use and optimize Accounting software.
- Handle accounting daily operation, documents filing and checking.
- Complete financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annual financial statement) in cooperation with tax consulting partners.
- Declare all taxes (including VAT, CIT, FCT, etc.) in cooperation with tax consulting partners.
- Handle all taxation issues in accordance with Vietnamese law.
- Arrange expense claims payment to employees & suppliers.
- Exchange with banks to make bank guarantee, check the situation of transactions, check the requirement evidence or method to do, etc.
- Issue VAT invoices, solve all arising issues related invoices.
- Cooperate with other departments in AR, AP, monthly closing.
- Conduct & control expense settlement.
- Consult on issues related to Accounting & Taxation.
- Work with tax consulting partners about other accounting reports & other accounting matters.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English - Business Level
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
・Experience:
- At least 1 year of working experience as an Accountant in Japanese company
- Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Have FAST experience is preferable.

・Japanese is a plus.

・Willing to work overtime, be careful and timely at work
