<Job Responsibilities>
- Implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's objectives and goals
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, promotions, and bonus plans
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedure
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employee contracts, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and investigations
- Advise management on HR-related matters, including organizational structure, staffing
- Monitor and measure HR-related metrics and provide reports to senior management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English: Business Level
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Experience:
- At least 5 years' experience working as an HR Manager
- Strong in C&B (Compensations & Benefits)
- Experience in managing a team.
- Experienced in using HRM Fast System
・Skill:
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
<Preferable skills/experience>
- Japanese speaking is a priority
- Ideally in a real estate development company (Company size about 300 people)
