Project Manager - Real Estate Developer

<Job Responsibilities>:
・Communicate with Design, QS, Contractor, Vendor, and Suppliers
・Join and discuss the design and construction meeting
・Periodically do site inspections, which are quality checks, progress checks, material checks & etc., of the Company's Future Projects (Area is TP.HCM, Binh Duong /Long An/Dong Nai/Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, Hanoi, Bac Giang)
・Record/Report the site inspection result and the construction progress to the company
・Adjust and maintain Construction Schedule
・Set up Construction standards of the company (Schedule, Quality Checklist, Building Method, Progress Counting etc)
・Prepare proposals /guidance for improvement of environmentally friendly construction methods and quality
・Support for obtaining environmental certifications such as EDGE, LOTUS

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 30-45
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's degree in construction or architecture
・Language: English Intermediate level or higher
・Experience: At least 10 years of working experience in the building field of the construction industry
・Experience in construction management on a high-rise building (Experience in construction management responsibility is highly desirable)
・Other:
- Basic understanding of architecture and construction
- Strict Inspection skills along with Vietnam Building standards (Technical Standards (TCVN) & Technical Regulations (TCVN)
- Basic skill for MS WORD, EXCEL, Power Point, Auto-CAD
- Ownership mentality, flexible and inquisitive
- A demonstrated interest in architecture and construction
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience as a construction management responsibility in construction management on a high-rise building
