<Job Responsibilities>
- Enter data, manage the website, fanpage of the company.
- Receive and respond to requests from customers via advertising channels.
- Customer support: receive and handle requests and complaints from guests.
- Understand the overview of the Vietnam market characteristics.
- Market research based on publicly available sources.
- Perform paperwork and paperwork within the business department.
- Compiling documents and documents for the sales department: quotations, contracts, hand-on minutes, etc.
- Exchange information with suppliers and customers.
- Monitoring and implementing debt recovery.
- Manage export - import - inventory.
- Follow up delivery of goods
- Research and approach potential customers.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in industrial sales
- Languages: English - Business Level
