Japanese Speaking - Merchandiser - Apparel

<Job Responsibilities>
・Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
・Estimate costs and setting the quality standards
・Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment
・Liaise among different departments to deploy the production effectively
・Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
・Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule
・Make sure that products are produced on time & are of good quality
・Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
・Aware of all risks and troubles in the factory and have proper solutions
・Business trip: Go to Mekong Delta Area, 1-2 times per week for 3 months of the year

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
・Gender: Female
・Age: 22-40
・If until 30-year-old candidate, living experience in Japan. No need for working experience in the textile/ apparel industry.
・If from the 31-year-old candidate, has 1 year or more of working experience as a Merchandiser in the textile/ apparel industry and has work experience in Japan

<Preferable experience>
・Having Production control or merchandising experience in Apparel
