Quality Control/ Production Control Staff - Trading/ Quản lý chất lượng/Sản xuất - Thương mại

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Quality control: First, this position will receive training from the current Vietnamese leader in Hai Phong. In the future, this position will work on his own.
Might have some additional tasks after some time.
2. Production control:
・Respond when products do not meet the schedule. Make and manage the production plan in the factory.
・Manage the development of the samples and designs.
・Respond and report to the Headquarter in Japan. Communicate with the Headquarter in Japan and receive management from them.
This position needs to report and receive management from the Headquarter daily.
・Headquarter will be in charge of communicating and following directly with the clients in Japan.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: High school and above
・Gender: Male
・Age: 25-35years old
・Language: English conversational level (Mail, phone cnoversation from headquarter)
・Experience: At least 1 year experience working in QC or PC positions in manufacturing or trading companies.
・Skills: Can use MS Office, especially Word and Excel in making reports (format from Japan)
・Can commute to Hai Phong office by themselves.

・Have knowledge in CAD
・Have experience in plastic injection or casting.
