General Accountant - Manufacturing| Kế toán tổng hợp - Sản xuất

Responsibilities:
- Assist Chief Accountant and General Manager – Finance & Accounting (located in Japan) to prepare monthly and yearly financial statements following the Vietnam Accounting Standards.
- Perform costing calculation for our products, including material costs, manpower cost, work-in-process, fixed overheads etc. (new items and regular cost review for specific items). Summarizing and proposing cost optimization methods.
- Handle accounting daily operation and all taxation issues.
- Input accounting transaction in our accounting software (FAST) both English & Vietnamese.
- Handle fixed assets monitoring and inventory management.
- Booking general, amortized, and carry-forward monthly entries.
- Providing explanation to data, and submitting documents as well as reports to tax authorities and auditors
- Coordinate with warehouse, shipping team and monitor all in/out transactions.
- Responsible for all matters related to Accounts Receivable and Payables.
- Support other team members in various areas of financial accounting functions and period-end closing tasks are required.
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Management.

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
• Education : University graduated, major in Accounting/Finance.
• Gender: Female prefer
• Age: 28-40
• Language: can use English for work
• Experience: 4-6 years of experience in accounting in a foreign manufacturing company.

<Other skill/Personalities>
• Good knowledge in Vietnamese accounting system and tax regulations, also using of accounting software FAST.
• Knowledge of factory production accounting and inventory (raw materials, work-inprocess, and end products) management
• Advanced skill for Microsoft Office (excel, word).

<Personalities> :
• Honest, careful, detailed-mind and strong sense of responsibility and discipline. Good communication skills and ability to work independently and work with
overseas offices.

<Preferred Experience/Skills>
• Working experience in EPE company
