Marketing Staff - Nhân viên Marketing - Automobiles

<Job Responsibilities>
Part A: Digital Marketing
- Take care, control, and improve in owned Media (Website/ Facebook/ Company's Care, Youtube,...)
- Ensure stable operation/ Legal documents, build content/ propose tactics to improve, follow comments/ ideas of customers /partners through this platform
- Main PIC for some projects as Website & Mobile App phase III, Customer Data Platform, Online sales…
- Online survey and data analysis to evaluate digital performance & propose to improve (Company/competitor/ customer...)
- Visit dealers, customers, and competitors... to hear their opinions, and comments, to get a deep insight into Customer & trend

Part B: PR - Event
- Event implementation & improvement, event survey, and analysis to propose suitable marketing policy/ program improvement
- Manage PR/Advertising (Planning, management & execution, work with an agency, PR orientation, PR plan, KPI allocation, and timing)
- Support Dealer PR-Event (Consult Digital campaign/ Advertising for Dealer, Evaluate & Kaizen, manage documents following company's regulation)
- Manage operation/ activation in the Company showroom

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Marketing or Digital Marketing
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Having 1 year of experience in Marketing in the automobile field
- Strong experience and knowledge of customer data platforms, Digital Marketing
・Others:
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good team management and organization skills
- Ability to manage goals and detailed evaluation

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having B2 license is a plus.
