<Job Responsibilities>
- Review and consult the management on monthly payroll and related issues (PIT, OT, insurance,etc.)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedure
- Design, oversee and support full-cycle recruitment
- Establish HR practices, processes, and policies
- Support the management in the annual performance appraisal process
- Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues, and best practices
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose a competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
- Support company events for employees
- Take good care of expat-related matters: labor contract, visa, work permits, etc.
- Advise management on HR-related matters
- Other tasks assigned by the management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- From 5 years of solid HR experience in multinational companies
- Having experience in the real estate business
- At least 2 years of management experience
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in starting up a new team to support the business
・Well versed in local labor legislation
・Willing to be hands-on and operationally involved
・Able to prioritize and multi-task, and work with tight timelines
・Sharp-minded with good attention to detail
・Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
